New treatments for hematologic cancers:
By analyzing thousands of drugs on a patient's sample and repeating the process on many patient samples, we identify potentially effective drugs for a disease in the most direct way which, until now, was not possible.
These newly-identified treatments are subsequently subjected to a technical and market analysis in order to undertake their development and corresponding validation on patients through the relevant clinical trials.
The result of this process is to discover and bring to the market, for the benefit of the patient, new potential treatments against the disease based on new indications of already existing drugs (reprofiling or repurposing), comprising a faster and safer model to discover new treatments.
Being the pioneers in the analysis of thousands of drugs in an ex vivo human biological system enables us to identify new activities of drugs which, given the dependency on the biological context, had never been observed before.
This would explain the high productivity of our research model, which has proven its ability to generate value efficiently regarding time and cost.
Personalized Medicine:
The ExviTech Platform allows us to analyze hundreds of possible treatments on a patient sample in order to predict the best possible treatment for that individual patient.
