Vivia Biotech provides an assay with CART-cells on our collection of frozen hematological samples (AML or B-CLL). Customers decide the origin of the CART-cells, which can be provided by themselves or generated from our marrow-peripheral blood paired samples. We have experience in: in vitro assays with CART-cells (NKG2D or CD19) at different cell ratios and Time points with autologous or heterologous samples. The PharmaFlow platform can quantify the activity of CART- cells based on the number of live tumor cells remaining. In addition, our screening assays allow to measure specific tumor cell killing T-Cells based on Trogocytosis or doublet T Lymphocytes – Tumor Cells formation. We also offer the possibility to sort and perform a deep understanding of these specific subsets of CART-cells.
