Native Environment
Hematoxicity Assay

Physiological condition:
  • Toxin is released after binding the tumor traveling to BM

    • 1 - ADC binds to tumor cells at the tumor site
    • 2 - The released or cleavage toxin travels to the distant Bone Marrow (BM)
    • 3 - In the BM, it destroys hematopoietic progenitors, causing hematotoxicity

    Vivia ex vivo assay:
  • Add solid tumor cells to a normal bone marrow sample

    • Maximal hematotoxicity removing the traveling factor. Enables comparison of different ADCs
