Cytokine Release
A functional tool to assess immune activation and modulation in B- and T-cell–mediated autoimmune
responses under native ex vivo conditions.

Cytokine release assays under native ex vivo conditions reveal compound-specific immune activation patterns. Differences in cytokine profiles reflect distinct mechanisms of action and can inform on the inflammatory or regulatory potential of each agent. This approach supports the functional characterization of therapies in both B-cell and T-cell–mediated autoimmune contexts.
